Welcome to Halohorns!

Halohorns is a fun little species with designs and lore revolving around angels & dragons! A Halohorn's key recognisable feature is their 'halo' horn, which is usually curled or piercing a halo. They additionally have a pair of wings on the sides of their face, usually where the neck and jaw meet, and have a pair that sit apon the back of their head where horns would be on a regular dragon. Halohorns are known for their creative, mischevious and energetic community.

QnA

Q: Do I have to be in the discord server?

A: To own a halohorn, we would heavily prefer if you were in the server, as it makes it easier to keep track of things like the masterlist, ownership updates and who owns what. You don't have to be an active member if you don't want to, just being there is enough ^^

Q: What mutations can my Halohorn have?

A: Again, the mutation sheets & guidelines are posted in the discord server.

Q: When will Halohorns become more accessible for users without discord?

A: While we still highly reccommend joining the server, we will be making more interactive events and such on toyhouse, and possibly might extend our horizons onto bigger platforms as the species grows.

Plans for the future

As of right now, we are focusing on fleshing out the world and lore and finding more audience members, but we have made games, this website and a couple of interactive thingos along the way. In the future I hope to make a larger more polished game when I have the time.

Reminder

Halohorns is a closed species. You may not make one without a valid myo. Creating one without a MYO, stealing the concept or tracing will result in a warning and 3-month greylist, although they may appeal this when discussed with me, Lemon. If the characters are not deleted or redesigned then the user will be blacklisted from the server and prevented from owning any more Halohorns in the future.

Storytime...

The angel looked down at the small dragonet, eyes twinkling with pity. "So young..." He whispered, turning his head to look up at the blazing sun. The sun shed its light over the distant mountains and clouds, illuminating the marble floors of the castle with a pinkish-red hue. The sun held not pity as it burned against the sky, light so pure and strong that it made his eyes begin to tear up. "Do you want...to be here?" He whispered, staring off into the distance, his talons tapping the cold floor half-heartedly.

The dragonet bristled, his black fur standing on ends as he whipped his head around to stare at the angel. "Do you think I want to be here!?" He snapped at the angel, his pupils narrowed to angry slits. Alas, behind all that anger the angel saw the emotions swirling in his gaze, like mist clouding a clear lake. Doubt, guilt, sadness, loss and regret lay behind all that anger, threatening to tear him apart. The dragonet made eye contact with the angel, his emerald eyes staring right into that of the angels. "It's not really you...is it?" Cerbeye's voice was barely more than a whisper, a secret, laced with emotion.

The angel slowly shook his head, pity, sadness and guilt welling up in his chest. Such emotions were foreign to him, no memories to accompany them. "Cerbeye..." He began, but the young god covered his mouth before he could finish. "Could I...hug you?" Cerbeye asked, tears welling up in his eyes. The angel did not know the dragonet, yet the stranger treated him like an old friend.

He nodded slowly, taken by surprise as Cerbeye leapt into his arms. He was warm, living, whole. With him in his arms it felt perfect, like a missing piece that had been found. A new, unfamiliar emotion bloomed in his chest. This new feeling was uncomfortable, strange and the angel reached to push him away when he heard the dragonet sob. The angel relaxed. Cerbeye needed this more than him. "Lucos..." Cerbeye cut himself off and recoiled from the angels arms, tears still streaming down his face.

"You're not Lucos...are you?" Cerbeye sobbed. The angel looked sadly down at the young god. "I don't know who that is...but he's gone now." His voice trembled and he looked down as his body began to fade. Cerbeye broke into sobs again. "Cerbeye...you can't keep summoning me. I can see that this isn't the first time." He glanced at the dragonet for one last time. "I will never remember, Cerbeye. But I'm sure whoever I was...loved you very much." As his last words reverberated around the room Cerbeye fell to his knees, tears streaming down his face as he wailed for his deceased lover.
